If we go back and live by the laws of nature and eat the natural foods we are designed to eat then our body will heal itself. If you cut your finger, it will blead and then within a few days heal itself showing that our bodies are the best healers.

If you owned a Ferrari you wouldn’t put mud in the petrol tank but only clean hi octane fuel so that it will perform at it’s best and yet with our bodies we put in cooked food which has little or no nutrients and eat the dead carcases of animals where all of the life force has gone.

It is a very true statement “that we are what we eat” and the result of our health today is the accumulation of years of eating mainly the wrong foods.

Apart from transitioning to eating only raw waterfilled fresh fruit and vegetables and as nature intended us to eat, we also need to be truth seekers and do our own research and find out the natural diet that nature intended us to eat.

We are bombarded every day with information in newspapers, on the T.V. on the internet and social media and much of the information is contradictory and in many cases untrue and misleading with the people providing the information having a hidden agenda. So it is very confusing to the average person to really find the truth.

We need to ask a lot of questions and do our own research looking at the results of the actions before we come to a conclusion.

Here are a few blatant examples of the lies we have been fed over the years:-

1. You need to eat red meat regularly to get your iron and protein. These studies have been produced in most cases by the beef industry and yet the truth is there is an adequate supply of iron and protein in a wide selection of fresh raw vegetables.

2. You must drink a lot of milk and dairy products to obtain your calcium which is essential for building healthy bones. These studies are mainly funded by The Dairy Industry and yet there is an abundance of calcium in a wide range of raw vegetables. The absolute worst thing you can eat is cheese which is not only massively high in calories but is all fat which quickly clogs up your arteries.

3. Eating eggs every day is essential for your protein health. Studies funded by the egg industry and yet eating a lot of eggs has been proven harmful in increasing your cholesterol. As previously mentioned, there is plenty of protein in a wide range of fresh raw vegetables.

4. We need to eat fish every day to obtain our omega 3 and it is much healthier than red meet. These studies funded by the fishery industry. The realty is that most fish consumed today are farm fed fish eating food filled with chemicals and even ocean fish are contaminated in many cases by mercury. It is quite easy to obtain all the omega 3 you need by grinding up two tablespoons of flaxseed every day.

5. Well, what about eating chicken. It is a white meat and healthier than the other sources and again this is not true with studies paid for by the chicken farmers. When I was a boy growing up it took a chicken in 75 days to reach maturity and today it only takes 28 days. How do you think that happens? With steroids and chemicals in their food to accelerate growth. Do want to continue in poor health as you continue to eat dead animals and poor cooked foods with lots of preservatives and other chemicals with all of the life force and nutrients gone.

Did you know that once food is cooked beyond 130 degrees there is very little of the nutrients left? Did you also know that the governments of the world require all food sold in bottles and cans has to be heated to the stage where there are few nutrients left and that is the law. Pasteurised milk fed to calves has been known to kill them within 6 months.

The wonderful news is that we don’t need to eat the way we have been conditioned to eat by all of these industries that have a hidden agenda in promoting their products and instead to eat the way that nature intended and that is to eat a wide range of live, raw, delicious water-based fruit and vegetables with the life force still in them.
